Tell us one thing you would change about teaching, and why

End of year exams. Prior to this there was a coursework option in English Language, and while this was a lot to administrate, it prepared children much more comprehensively in the skills needed and used in English Language than the current system.

What’s the best thing about being a teacher?

The interaction moments and knowing there are definite impacts in the lives of hundreds of children, parents and carers.
