1 teacher 5 questions: Nic Bunch
This week’s teacher snap quiz, features Nic Bunch, a history teacher and university adviser, in Paris.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
To use visuals in class and to assess pupils by their written work, not by their oral contributions.
What do you wish you had known when you started teaching?
How much time it takes.
Tell us one thing you would change about teaching, and why.

Enjoying seeing the pupils happily developing because of the subject.
What’s the craziest or most outstanding thing that ever happened in your classroom?
Imitating a scene from ‘If’.
Describe your life as a teacher in 5 words.
It’s always been such fun.
